What Is Refresh?

• Refresh is a week long event made for students. From commercial stalls giving out freebies and our weekly Quiz to Vintage Vera clothing sale and Societies day, we have something for everyone.

When Is Refresh?

• Starting Monday 19th January 2026 at 10am, it all kicks off with Refresh Monday, the perfect event to start your Uni journey this semester.

Where Is Refresh?

• It’s all at Teesside University Students’ Union, either on the 1st or 2nd floor. See below for more info and times!
