The SU are providing a coach to take you there in style.
To reserve a place, buy a seat reservation ticket for just £5. Not refundable, but you can transfer it to another student.

You need to be a member of the HR society to get a reservation ticket.
The coach is provided FREE of charge due to a grant from SU.
You need to make your own arrangements for a Ticket to the Event.
There is a FREE entry ticket.

The SU is NOT subsidising the paid entry tickets to the conference.
Coach leaves from Woodlands Road, adjacent to car park in front of Pheonix Building, International Business School.
Leaves at 6:30 AM Prompt
Please be in the pick-up area from 06:15 AM so the coach can leave at 06:30 AM.
It will arrive at the conference centre about 9:00 AM subject to traffic conditions and parking access.

The Coach will leave Manchester Conference Centre at 17:15 that is 5:15 PM.

It will park as close as it can to the point it dropped you off.
Please leave the conference promptly at its close at 5 PM.

Disclaimers
The SU is NOT responsible to get you to Manchester if you miss the bus in the morning. The coach will leave at 6:30 AM.
The SU is NOT responsible to get you home if you miss the departure from the conference centre at 17:15 (5:15 PM).
